There are so many benefits of meditation in reducing stress, boosting focus, and increasing emotional resilience.  So, what is keeping you from meditating regularly?  In this class, we will meet each week to meditate, but also to encourage a regular practice.  On this journey to awareness, each class will include a quick intro, 10-15 meditation, and time to share something about your experience.  Sharing your experience helps it stick and become more real as a presence in your life.  And accountability to your classmates is always helpful!  

We will explore different strategies to meditate each week, so whether you've meditated for years and need a reboot or you are trying it for your first time, there will be space for you.  

Why group meditation?
These classes are a way to come together, share experiences, and meditate in a small consistent group of people.  It's powerful to gather and connect.  We get to know ourselves better as we get to know others.  Even though we are separated by distance, the act of meditating together can enhance your experience ('they've' done studies - google it :).  Others meditating at the same time can motivate you, help center you, and bring additional calm.  Some days you'll be the grounding force, other days you'll lean on the group.  As a group, we will step out the busy-ness of life, and into life together!  ​  If you long for a group of people to connect with, set an intention and join us.

What type of meditation?
I use active guided meditation - meaning I will ask you to play, pretend, and imagine energy in and around your body.  We'll use tools to clear energy that isn't serving you to make space for what you want more of.  If you've never tried it, join us - you can't do it wrong.  If you're a pro, join us - it is different every time!

Cost:
A Light Insight offers a sliding scale pricing model.  These classes are available for  $20-$60.  No questions are asked.  No one will be turned away for lack of ability to pay.  Read more about sliding scale on the Payment page

Say YES!
Something that comes up regularly with my clients is how they long for a group of people to connect with.  These small group meetings  foster a time and place for those connections.  Ideally, we could teleport and meet in person, but we will have to do with zoom for now.  These meetings will have videos on and mics on and will be a safe place to create connections and share.  The focus will be on what we are saying YES to in this life and what signs you are receiving nudging you in that direction.  We will say yes to being embodied and yes to connecting to more than this body.  Each group will be limited to 12 people.
