You are amazing

Which version do you sound like?  How would your life change if you decided to support yourself wholly, completely, and truly?  You deserve support, trust, and love in this life from yourself.

​Try reading this to yourself everyday for a week:
You are amazing. You are needed and unique.  You are love, loved, and loving.  You can do this!  You are ready.  Life is unfolding just as it is supposed to and you are doing just fine.  Enjoy what you can.  You are precious.  We need you and your light.  Shine!  You are surrounded with love and light just exactly as you are right now.  You are just right.  Sweet one, you are loved.  You are not alone.  Yes, you are feeling some pretty big stuff, and you can do it.  You will survive, even thrive, in this life.  You got this. You know life is how you look at it.   You are safe to feel the intensity of your emotions, they will pass and you will be ok again.  Be you.  In all of the parts you love and the ones you don't - be you.  You are the most important person you can be.  Your life matters.  How you show up in life matters.  You matter.  You know what matters to you.   Your voice is heard and necessary, use it.  You speak to yourself with loving kindness and compassion.  It's ok Sweet One, you are going to be ok.  You are safe today in this moment.  Use your intuition, it is here for you.  You choose wisely.  You are powerful.  You are beautiful.  You are joy.  You are love.  You are peace.     Lean on me, Sweet One. Be with me.

​Try to catch these voices in action, and reverse them:
No one loves you.  You are a terrible person.  I can't believe you made a mistake - you are so stupid.  Just stop trying, it doesn't matter anyway.  There is no point to trying anymore.  You are never going to get this right.  You are an awful human being.  You messed that up completely and totally.  Your feelings don't matter.  You don't matter.  No one can hear you.  You are wasting your time.  You are invisible.  Be perfect or fail.  You fail at everything you try.  You are such a loser.  I can't believe you thought that life would be different than this, you are not worthy of nice things.  You suck.  Life is terrible.  You made mistakes before and you are just going to keep on making them.  You make terrible decisions.  Who do you think you are?  Why would you even think that someone could love you?  You are doomed to keep repeating the same patterns and mistakes.  You are destined for failure in all areas of your life.  You doubt anything good will ever happen to you.  Everyone is mean to you.  Everyone is trying to hurt you.  No one cares what happens to you.  You are at the mercy of everyone else's needs and whims.  You have no agency or power in this life.
