What is keeping you from meditating regularly? There are so many benefits of meditation in reducing stress, boosting focus, and increasing emotional resilience. And yet, sometimes it is hard to prioritize. In this class, we will meet each week to meditate, and to encourage a regular practice. On this journey to awareness, each class will include a quick intro, 10-15 meditation, and time to share something about your experience. Sharing your experience helps it stick and become more real as a presence in your life. And accountability to your classmates is always helpful!
We will explore different strategies to meditate each week, so whether you've meditated for years and need a reboot or you are trying meditating with a group for the first time, there is space for you.
