I am leading a new healing adventure and I invite you to come with us. We will start this adventure with virtual (and some in person) group gatherings, which I am calling ALiVE circles. Alive Circles are a meditation and energy event. Together we will explore the energy to engage your heart, turn on your power, and connect your body, mind, and spirit!
Ask yourself these foundational questions: - Do you feel like you are fighting yourself with second guessing, negative self talk, and insecurities? - Are you ready to honor your story of what has happened, AND create a new one? - Are you excited to connect your heart, mind, and spirit in the best ever version of you?
