I’m leading a new healing adventure, and I invite you to come with us.

ALiVE Circles are a meditation and energy event designed to help you reconnect with yourself, engage your heart, awaken your power, and bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. Each circle is a safe and supported space where transformation unfolds—and where you get to feel more fully ALiVE in your life.

November's Theme: Ground with the Earth

In this event, just before the next new moon, we will meditate and ground with the earth.  Setting the intention to be grounded for this holiday season.  We will connect in meditation and with the earth and rest in peace, resetting your energy system.  Get ready to show up as you this season.  ​

We’ll come together in meditation and energy practice to:
  • Create a safe space for change and inner renewal
  • Connect to the amplified energy field within and around us
  • Open to individualized healing, transformation, and spiritual connection
Together, we’ll explore the energy that engages your heart, turns on your power, and reconnects you to the beauty of being alive.
