Where: On Zoom
When: One hour on Wednesdays at 11am mountain time (1pm eastern, 12pm central, 10am pacific)
Weekly starting Feb 15 (2/15, 2/22, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22)
Cost: FREE

Class description:
If your journey could use a little more joy lately, what are you experiencing instead? Through 6 one hour classes, we will discover/remember how to journey with joy using TSD Mindfulness. TSD can help you overcome stress about work or family, decrease feelings of overwhelm, address feelings of fear, or identify feelings about worthiness. Taming the mind, soothing the gut, and dwelling in the heart is an opportunity to find clarity and experience more fulfillment and joy. The class will be held weekly on zoom on Wednesdays from 11am-12pm mountain time and will include instruction about TSD mindfulness, handouts for further study if desired, sharing experiences with classmates, and meditation.
Needed for Class
Desire to be still, to listen, and be heard.
A commitment to participate in the six classes (sessions will be recorded if you need to miss class).
